Our priority is always our pets, therefore we work very hard to make this experience as pleasant as possible.
If this is your first time, please plan to arrive 10 minutes earlier. You will arrive and meet with our veterinary nurse for 10-15 minutes.
During this time, you will have the opportunity to share all your concerns. Diagnostics testing will be discussed with you.
Your pet will remain with us for diagnostic evaluation and you will be able to leave. We will process the diagnostics following
the pacing dictated by your own pet. We don’t force them, we use minimal restraint, avoid anesthesia and sedation.
When you come back at your pick up time, you will meet with the doctor and review the findings.
The nurse will go over medications and talk to you about them, if needed.
You can expect your pet’s hospital appointment to last approximately two hours. Occasionally, this time may need to be prolonged
for unforeseen reasons.
